You’re right, TapForms and Ninox seem to be the two leading native app options for a single user who wants sync. They don’t sell a single member cloud license.
I could also use their Filemaker cloud but would have to purchase a minimum of 5 licenses. I’m very familiar with Filemaker and have used it for years, but the need to set up your own server to sync between devices is annoying if you’re a single user. I went down this rabbit hole in the past couple weeks.
